Why would the fan in 1991 Cadillac DeVille not cut off even when the car is turned off?

Usally it's Because the Module 4 the AC burns out & goes 2 ground-& will kill the battery if not dsconnected.Some modules are mounted inside the car on the evaporater case with a couple of screws.
