The lights are using too much voltage and there is not enough power to run the radio at the same time.
If you are parked and you want to here the radio without the Automatic headlights on. Some times if you engage the parking brake it will turn off the automatic head lights.

You have to go to the dealer and ask them to turn them off, otherwise they leave them on as running headlights. They will do this for free.
I have a 2002 Chrysler Sebring convertible. If you turn off the ignition and remove the key while the headlights are on, then turn off the headlights, the headlights will stay on for 30 seconds and turn off.
