Generally as a priest I would discuss with you your knowledge of the Orthodox Church, to see if you clearly understand the difference and why you want to convert. This could take some time, anywhere between a few weeks and perhaps even a few months. One could almost call it being a catecumen again. Once I'm comfortable that you will remain Orthodox, that you have accepted the Orthodox Church as the True Church, you would be received into the Church, most likely not by baptism. However, if all you received was a sprinkling then I would baptise you. This is not a re-baptism since your first sprinkling will not be recognised. If you received the full three emersions then in all likelihood you would not be re-baptised, but I would probably double-check with my bishop in Greece. I hope that helps. Assuming no divorce has taken place, which would require an annulment, yes, if you have changed from Orthodox to Catholic it would be possible to renew your wedding vows in a Catholic Church. There would be no need for a full blown wedding, however, as the Catholic Church does accept the sacraments of the Orthodox Church as valid.
