These are only a few of a bakers essential items and some may operate and cook differentley.I know they use these utensils as my uncle is a baker.
Other than gifting a fruitcake, people do absolutely nothing with it. The truth is, there is actually only one fruitcake. It is just passed from person to person during the holidays. They Mayans worshiped the fruitcake as one of their gods until that tragic day when Ixtab(a believed goddess) ate a tiny morsel of the fruitcake. After that, the entire Mayan society disappeared. And the answer is that nobody in their right mind would ever eat fruitcake. If you did happen to eat the fruitcake, you will be known as an embarrassment to the human society. So, I beg of you, innocent pastry lover, never EVER eat the fruitcake.

Usually, you would want to make sure to use baking soda, but the only possibility I can think of would be Cream of Tartar. But, you have to be very careful with how much you use because it can really fluff up what ever it is your baking.

Depending on the size of the scallop. a big scallop(U-10) should only take about 3-4 minutes to cook. You do not want to cook the scallop all the way through. It will then become way too chewy.
