It's an electrical problem. Nissans are set up w/ a maze of wiring so the problem could be anywhere. Most electricians will charge upwards of $75+ an hour and that's just to find the issue. No clue what the actual cost of repair will be.
I had a suburban and just after the doors started locking and unlocking the alternator went out.....beware....there was only about a 30 second warning before it died completely..and that warning was the CD flew out of the CD player.
Suddenly.
I just had this happen- I disconnected the battery to try and reset the ECU, and when I plugged it back the clicking started. Apparently it was the remote door lock- just try unlocking/locking your car a few times and see if that helps.
I had the same issue. It was my computer, luckily it was under warranty when the issue occured. The BCM might be going bad, have fun. Matthew Self Slip Stream Customs
No, "suddenly" is not a complete sentence. It is an adverb that describes how an action is performed in a sentence.
module is bad, viper has a lifetime warranty. with a little finesse you can do, it without the original purchase reciept. phjone 1-800-753-0800, and follow the prompts.
Sure! I was playing outside when suddenly it started raining. Suddenly, I saw a butterfly flying in the garden. The bell rang suddenly, and it startled everyone in the classroom.
Do you have a locking gas cap?
it means that you are losing the love feeling
If it is a factory alarm, then this information can be found in your owner's manual. Don't have one, get one. Dealer or salvage yard is a source. If it is aftermarket and you don't have the manual, contact the manufacture of the system. the factory 'security system' can be disabled by closing the door, and locking and unlocking it with the key.
You have a sensor in the ignition locking system that needs to be replaced. To cheeply get by the problem take out the locking relay.
