Why would your boyfriend tell you that he loved you then tell you that's he's tried 2 hate you?

If he's said that, it probably means that he doesn't like the fact that he does love you. If you are no longer together and he's trying to get over you, he probably tried hating you so it wouldn't hurt as bad. If you are still in a relationship, that doesn't really make sense and you should just talk to him about it. The most important thing in a relationship is communication.
