Try adjusting the dimmer on the control for the dash light. If ti were a fuse, you would have no lights and that would never be a bulb issue. How's your alternator??

If the problem occured because you removed the radio,I found I had to ground the wire going to the radio light to complete the circuit,then all my dash lights came on.If you have a small bulb connected with 2 wires,with one going to ground touch the other wire to each of the wires in the radio connecting plug one at a time and see if your dash lights come on. you must have car`s main light switch turned on first.
