If the engine is idling during the car wash, then spray is probably getting in and shorting out the battery causing a near stall situation.
The water spray from the car wash may be causing the belt to slip. That would cause the alternator to spin too slowly to generate the proper voltage.
Yes, the wire gauge numbers are smaller. A typical automotive battery cable would be 4 gauge, the wires after the fuse box would be 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 gauge depending on the accessory.
The fuel gauge sending unit would be found inside the fuel tank.
You would see boxes inside there house and uhaul trucks
Hybrid trucks are trucks that produce less carbon emissions than a regular truck would, it may not run only off' petrol but in some cases even off gas or battery.
The battery gauge in a vehicle will move when you use your power mirrors as your causing a small drain on the battery & lowering the voltage slightly. The effect is normally only really visible when the engine is not running.
Dry and wet, web would be like a lead car battery acid which is liquid inside of the battery that keeps the lead plates charged inside, dry battery would be what you use inside of your remote for tv if you cut them in half nothing will poor out because its dry acid. Very nice question
Either your battery is dead, or your alternator has failed.
There is probably a dead short in the system.
the Air conditioning would have to work harder - its a guess depends if the gauge is showing Battery Life or Battery Output
On a car, there is a float inside your gas tank. It is attached to a switch that sends the empty.....full signals to your fuel gauge.
The gauge is equal to the number of solid lead spheres, each with the same diameter as the inside of the barrel, that would weigh one pound.
OEM size is 4 gauge. I would buy a 2 gauge if you can. Just measure the old cable to know the length.
