In compliance testing we generally check that the application will follow the company standards or not. So we done compliance testing to check the application will follow all the company standards and will not regulate any laws of the company.Ex. company logo etc

That depends entirely on what those qualities are. For each quality you need to figure out how to test for compliance.

You drunk about 2 cups of moet rose on saturday130-200amand will be etg tested on monday morning what are the odds of you passing or failing this test or will it even be seen in your system?

You could pass the test, with luck, but the odds are against it. ETG testing does not test for alcohol. It test for an alcohol metabolite that is present in the body for about 80 hours after alcohol is ingested. It is not directly related to the amount of alcohol, which is why it is only used for compliance testing, not for blood alcohol level testing. Since ETG tests are compliance tests, ANY detectable amount is considered to be a fail.

What is an ELECTRICAL SAFETY COMPLIANCE TESTER?

In order to ensure that an Electrical Safety Compliance Tester is safe for use, the product is passed through a rigorous gauntlet of testing. Among these tests are electrical safety tests which are designed to test the electrical integrity of the product itself. These tests include the ground bond (or continuity) test, dielectric withstand or high potential (hipot) test, insulation resistance test, and leakage current test. Each of these tests has unique parameters designed to pinpoint various potential problems with a device. For example, Table 1 outlines common hipot test settings from various NRTL standards.

Is a alcohol test reliable?

Most are. There is considerable disagreement about ETG testing. Many experts feel that it is too sensitive to be routinely used for compliance testing.
