You need to be healthy to enable your body to run efficiently. Your organs need nutrition to work properly, your eyes need proper nutrients to work their best. Your whole body needs nutrients for energy. Your Brain needs approximately 18 grams of fat per day to work properly, and for you not to get headaches. Your body needs water approximately .33 oz per lb of body weight. Without these things you will feel weak, tried, and you will have sore muscles. You need to be healthy to be able to help each other and to be able to live a long life. Unhealthy people get colds, infections, and disease easier then healthy people.

All in all it is up to you if you want to be healthy or not.

If you are not healthy you will die. If you are overweight your arterys will grt clogged up so your body will not get the energy that it needs. If you are underweight your body will also not get all of the energy that it needs. If you get ill then there is something wrong with your body and if it doesn't get cured it will eventualy lead to a death.

Being healthy is a good thing. Everyone should be healthy at all times. You should always eat healthy foods, drink lots of water, and get lots of rest at night. You should never have junk food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast you can have unhealthy, lunch healthy and junky or one, but dinner SHOULD be healthy. Eating a healthy dinner then going to bed is a good thing because it's two healthy things at a time and that's a good thing. So be healthy and stay healthy whereever, whenever. Stay healthy everyday no matter what! Don't make junk food atract you to eating it. Don't fall for it! Exersising is also very healthy. Running, Jogging, Walking, Sports and others exersises are healthy for your body. If your playing a sport, and you play to hard, take a break and drink a nice cold cup or bottle of water. Don't get to dehitrate. And don't eat to fast. Eating to fast will upset your stomech. So calm down. Even if your in a hurry, calm down! Eat, Play and Drink healthy!
