Plugged fuel filter Plugged air filter Plugged catalytic converter Restricted exhaust (bent tail pipe)
Hi wondering why my 2003 Chevy trailblazer bogs down when you push the gas.
My 2000 Impala had been jerking right before it stalled. First, it was just jerking with no stalling, it got progressively worse. I recently got the fuel filter replaced and it hasn't stalled again.
The reason that he chevy truck may continue to bog down, is due to the car needing to warm up before starting. There may also be an issue with the fuel pump.
bog down in first gear and then it strtes to shift
I would replace the fuel filter if been longer than 2 years also the throttle plate may need a cleaning.
make sure the timing is right, no vacuum leaks, or the carb could have a bad accelerator pump in it.
Plugged fuel, air filter, or catalytic converter can cause that.
change your fuel filter.
You should check your fuel filter. If it's clogged replace it if not then you might have a bad fuel pump. Have the fuel pump tested. There are lots of things that can cause this problem but its best to start with the easiest.
fuel filter, fuel pump, maf, clogged cat, injectors, pcm or elec connection to above
you should check the fuel ingestion
