Your PC get slow when you get connected with internet because all the web sites that you connected with are being hosted on numbers of the servers . Each of the servers being connected to you and the Internet being such a busy place is connected to the other peoples as well so the optic connected are being full depending on the size of the width of the band then it can be also that the computer being connected with the internet is being corrupted with the viral or spywearing of the hdd. Sorry for being the badder English but I am from Scotland.
