They are the same car....for the most part. There may be some differences in engine mount style or location. If you have the 2.0 to pull parts from it would help. The biggest problem I could see would be the ECM. I'm not sure if the wiring is the same or not. At the very least you would need the PROM from the Cavalier.
In a Chiltons automotive book for the sunbird which I believe is the same for the cavalier for the same year. You could either buy one from an auto parts store for about $20-$30 or check one out from a public library if they stock it, (they should).
YES you can fit 20's on a 2003 cavalier. The rim can be as wide as 8.5 inches and the tire size must be 225/30r20. The lug offset for the rim must be 5-100. The reason why I know this is because I have a 2003 cavalier on 20s

The mass air flow sensor on a 1994 Pontiac Sunbird can be found between the throttle body and the air box duct. Some of the items needs to change the sensor are straight edge screwdriver, shop vac, and T-20 security bit driver.
20 gallons
I have one and it is 20 gallons
yes it can fit on there cause i got a es300 hundred and 20s fit on there Yes they definitely do fit and without rub too. Try getting 20' rims that will allow you to put 225/35/20's on it, otherwise you will scrape/rub and cause alot of damage to the car..
