22 inch rims will fit on a 97 Buick Park Avenue , but they will rub. 20 inch rims would be a better option if you don't your rims to rub.

IT CAN FIT, BUT IT WILL RUB YOU CAN'T TURN THE WHEEL ALL THE WAY AND ITS HARD ON THE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION. I HAD 22'S ON MINE IT MESSED THE TRANSMISSON UP HAD TO GET A NEW ONE

Go to Tire Rack .com they have a wheel and tire set up so you can see what would fit correctly....
They come with 16 inch rims, so that would be the smallest you can put on. As for bigger, 17, 18 and even 20 inch rims will fit (with a lower profile tire) and bigger than that and you will most likely have rubbing issues when you turn the wheels or hit a bump.

YES it Can Be done with no modefications. They should fit right on if you have rims that are 5 lug universal. They HAVE TO BE FWD RIMS.
