5x7 or 6x8 will fit
The speakers in a 1991 Lincoln Town Car are 6x8 speakers. These are also called 5X7/6x8 speakers. Regular 5x7 speakers should also fit fine in this vehicle.
5x7 or 6x8 will fit
Hey, No you will need 5x7 or 6x8
if what you are asking is, will a 4x6 speaker will handle the same power as a 5x7 then yes most likely, but if ur asking if a 4x6 will fit in a 5x7 housing, then the answer is no, they make them so that they are just tight enough around the frame that a 5x7 will just hit around the frame on the back of the speaker and it will hit the walls on the hole where the 5x7 will go, good luck tho, im having the same problem
The size is 5x7 in. I know Boston, Pioneer and a couple of other produce speakers to fit.
According to the "Related Question" below, the 2000 models use 5x7 speakers in both front and rears. I've seen many 6x8 speakers that mount into the 5x7 opening, but no 6x9.Bear in mind that only means the 5x7 will mount without drilling any new holes. If you have a drill, you should go in a take closer look and see if these 6x9's can fit the space anyways.See "Related Questions" below for more
5x7
Front speakers are 4x5 rear are 5x7
No if its a crew cab they are the same as the fronts. Which is 6 3/4 speakers. You can buy 6 3/4 speakers which are not too common or you can buy adapters that will make the more common 6 1/2 fit.
