It will usually delete files that have been sent to the trash rather than actually deleted.
I don't quite get what you are trying to say, but are you saying can you delete the unneeded language files? You can delete the "lang" folder in the CCleaner directory (C:\Program Files\CCleaner), and it will have no effect on CCleaner except the fact you only have English to choose from. The English language file is not in the "lang" folder. However, you won't get much space back.
In order to prevent CCleaner deleting files you don't want deleted (Cookies, etc.), then uncheck the boxes beside what you don't want deleted. Remember there are other stuff under the "Applications" tab.
cookies and other unwanted files can be deleted from a system by using ccleaner you can get this software for totally free
Most of the time, yes but i strongly recommend that you use a PC cleaning program to delete teporary files. you can find tons of free cleaning programs online. I use ccleaner, but any program that can delete tempoirary files is good.
Well you should first use add/remove programs to uninstall the app before installing it. If there are leftover files then, you can go ahead and delete them. If you really want to, you could use a registry cleaner program (such as ccleaner) to remove all entries.
Delete your temporary internet files, cookies, and history to clear all that baggage. If you have access to a program to clean registry and all the files for you ( such as CCleaner, or Auslogics) then the process is very simple. CCleaner is a free program that does all this and more, and I suggest it as a viable means to clean your internet problems. If you are still having problems, update your internet browser, update Flash, and contact the website support.
CCleaner

You can delete it all, they are temporary files.
Ether find away to delete all the files one by one, or beat your computer with an axe.
Yes because if you deleted the folder what would hold the files?
