At this point in history, it is extremely unlikely that the Catholic Church will reunite with the Eastern Orthodox faith for a number of reasons:
Filioque: "and the Son" an addition by Western Christianity to the Nicene Creed in 589 without agreement with Eastern Christianity
Papal Supremacy: Eastern Christianity did not acknowledge the Pope as the supreme and infallable leader of the Church
Language: Latin was primarily spoken by Western Christianity, but Greek was spoken by Eastern Christianity
Schism of 1054: Western Christianity and Eastern Christianity mutually exocummunicated each other, primarily for the above reasons, thus forming the Roman Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Faith.
Since the split of the two churches in 1054, the Roman Catholic mass has evolved due to external influences, but Orthodoxy has remained unchanged. The difference in liturgical layouts is the primary reason why Catholicism and Orthodoxy cannot reunite in modern times.
He was a Catholic priest. He went to a Catholic church.
You go to confession. In a catholic church, there is often a little room where the priest sits and you confess your sins to him.
Anyone who rejects the Catholic Church will go to hell because the Catholic Church is necessary for salvation. However, if someone is innocently ignorant of the Catholic Church and its necessity, they may be saved if they cooperate with whatever grace they have. If they are, it will only be through Christ and His Church.
A good Catholic.
Yes
The Ukrainian Catholic Church is in union with the Holy Father and the Roman Catholic Church, so there should be no problem at all with a child baptized in that rite of the Church attending a Roman Catholic school.

Probably not. One of the key issues is the authority of the Pope (and give up artificial birth control?).Roman Catholic AnswerThe Catholic Church has suffered heresies and heretical movements since the first century, many of which lasted longer than the protestant movement. As the Catholic Church was estabilished by Jesus Christ who guaranteed to be with it to the end of the world, and guided by the Holy Spirit, it is inevitable that God will, in the end, bring all the different heretical movements back into the Church.
Such a marriage would not be valid in the eyes of the Catholic Church. Catholics may marry non-Catholics in the Catholic Church, but they are not permitted to go through a non-Catholic wedding ceremony.
Haha...no other church! You have the opportunity to see bread turn in to Christ every Sunday and you want to go to another church? No other church has what the Catholic church has. I don't think you realize how special the Holy Mass is. It is a mortal sin to miss mass on Sunday. (In a ROMAN CATHOLIC church.)
