Dogs get such internal parasites as roundworms, hookworms, tapeworms, whipworms, etc. You would need for your Veterinarian to see for sure what type of parasites your dog has. You would need to bring in a sample of your dog's feces to be tested plus your dog to be checked out. Only your Vet can tell you the proper medications for deworming your dog, but it is important to know what types of parasites he or she has. You can also purchase dewormers for dogs in the Feed stores or larger Pet stores but again you need to know what kind of parasites your dog has and also his weight. Best to have him or her checked out by your Vet. Never use human meds on a dog or cat.
