no she cant, only the 4th hokage, konohamuru, naruto, kakash, and jirayia can do it. Also the previous user who answered said sakura can hit as hard as a regular rasengan. No rasengan is actually 2 times stronger.

Actually no... He's never done that move before in the anime nor manga.
He can do Chidori. He can do Chidori with or without Sharingan.
Rasengan requires a wind affinity to perform. Kakashi does not have wind affinity.

Well I have never played or if it is a movie seen it but i am pretty sure naruto can only use rasengan and different types of it the only people I've seen use chidori is Sasuke and Kakashi.
