Yes, I have one with Windows 7.
The Dell Latitude series of laptops run on a variety of Intel processors from 400 mhz to 1.2 ghz.
A fair price range for a Dell Latitude 610 laptop computer would be from $100 to $200. The Latitude 610 is an old laptop and does not have enough power to efficiently run modern programs and can be purchased secondhand cheaply.
The 15z has an Intel videocard, which is NOT listed as compatible with The Sims 3. However it may still run- expect VERY slow performance, bugs, crashing, glitches, missing textures, 'black sims', white spaces, and other uglyness.
No. You do not need SIMS I to run/load SIMS 2, although if you want to run or load an expansion pack, you will need to run it with the SIMS pack it is associated with.
In my experience good and bad I have an old dell latitude and although it has had a very gentle life it is crumbling Most recently the only usb port has become wobbly and loose and stopped working Generally old HP/Compaqs always seem to be last better but your mileage may vary BTW I run ubuntu Linux and XP on my dell and Ubuntu is Much faster and more stable but again ymmv
Sorry Forgot to add too question it has 1024 mb RAM 160gb HDD and OS is XP
yes but you might not have all the dell drivers.
Some people can run pro tools on the Dell Inspiron 1520 and some have issues. It is best to contact dell support.
Yes, The Sims [The Sims 1, The Sims original, etc...] will run on XP.
Lines of latitude run east-west and measure north-south.
Yes, the Sims 2 runs the Studio 15. The Dell Studio 15's are new enough that they meet all the minimum requirements to play Sims 2. I run it on mine along with all the expansions and stuff packs. If for some reason it is not working, it is probably due to settings.
