No it will not, the 91-94 Ford Explorers used a TTB Dana 35 Front axle, versus the 95-01 Explorers used a IFS Dana 35 front axle. So the front suspension is different. The reason you have a hard time finding a suspension lift for the 95 explorers is because torsion bar mount is welded in earlier 95's and later 95s+ have the bolted version which is needed for the lifting application you could still get one and have someone with the right tools to put the front suspension on. the person above is exactly right, but you could also look into doing a straight axle swap if your looking to get a pretty awesome lift. if your only looking for two or so inches, crank the torsion bars, and block the rear. but if you want something bigger, look into the straight axle swap, its time consuming and a lot of fab, but it is DEF worth it
