Why yes it will. People often do this for comfort and style, also it gives you more leg room below the steering wheel which is an added bonus especially if you do not have tilt.
At the botom corners of the seat you will see a loop strap just pull on that and lift the seat
depending on the year of the truck. from 2007 on you can but 2006 and back the seat only folds up and you can not get the back part of the seat to fold down
I just purchased a 2006 silverado w/t. Can I replace the front bench seat with a bench seat that has a fold down console? (do they have the same bolt hole pattern)
The 2006 Chevrolet Silverado is a type of pickup truck. It can seat a maximum of 6 people, has a V8, 4.8 Liter engine, and was manufactured in the United States.
not sure about an 05 but earier modles have a plug at the bottom of the female end of the seat belt, you just unplugg it
If the 1992-1996 are the same model then it is on the bottom side of the driver seat. If you are sitting on the driver seat, it should be on the floor on your left hand side. The truck release should be right there also. good luck.
I have a 03 silverado and the jack is under the back seat on the passenger side
Should be a bolt in each corner of the seat
Yes but will have to get a seat riser and a custom box and it will stick out a little bit. I'm doing the same in my 2000 extra cab silverado go with a ten if you can.
where is the fuse for heated driver seat on 2003 Chevy Silverado>
It is up in the drivers side frame rail behind the drivers seat. It is close to the transmission crossmember where it bolts to the frame. You will have to lay up under the truck to see it.
yes
