No, 1993 and 1994 4l60E Transmissions are OBD-1. 1995 had an extra solenoid and 1996 and up were OBD-2. The wiring inside and the solenoids are different. 1993-1994 are interchangeable. 1995 is only good in other 95's. 96 and up are interchangeable until the late 90's or early 2000's
