Yes it will... but it's going to cost a lot to do it. Might as well buy a rebuilt 5.3 and install that instead. That way no need to worry about the wiring harness and all the other stuff you need to retrofit.

No it will not,if yours is a 350. In 2000 and up GM. changed the design of the Chevy ingines(GEN II AND III) And every thing is different. Now if you have the Gen. II 5.7L engine that is not the 350. Then it will fit in the newer trucks with no modifying.
