if its hydraulic there could be air in your line. bleed your clutch and refill.
Could be a number of things. Ignotion Coil bad,ignition switch bad?
probably in the switch on the steering wheel could be a fuse for the low and high beam.
In short, they dont have them as standard. You may have an aftermarket one fitted, which could be either a water circuit heater or diesel fuelled air heater, but nothing is guaranteed.
