I have a 9 year old pure Lab and a 2 year old pure rotty. They get along fine. A lot depends on how you introduce the dogs. You should introduce them slowly making sure they have plenty of time to get acquainted before you let them loose together.
no
Labrador mom gives birth to all lab pups not one Rottweiler because Rottweiler is a different breed from Labrador.........!
they should
A mutt
1/4 pigeon 1/2 lincolnshire sausage 3/4 cyborg
I have a male lab and he is so playful and affectionate but females are just as loveable.
Yes, just be sure to introduce the dogs slowly. There should always be someone with the dogs when they are together for the first month to prevent fights. As long as the dogs get along there should not be a problem. I have a female lab and a female rott at home and they are best friends!
When the female is ready the male will know.
Rot or Rottie, is short for aRottweiler, Lab is short for a Labrador. If you mean a cross breed, it would be called a Rottweiler mix or a Labrador mix.
Probably the rottie, since it has a more territorial and protective nature about it than a lab typically does.
I think labs are very good at guarding their owner and retrieve very well. If you don't want a full size lab think of getting a British lab.
My oppinion is yes but it depends on the person and the dog.
