The answer is yes --- but.... The Ford Ranger beds were the same from 1994-2009. You didn't, however, mention whether your 2000 Ranger had the same size bed as the 2002 Ranger Crew Cab. The Rangers come in three bed sizes. (1) a 7' Bed (2) a 6' Bed (3) a Flareside bed. In case you aren't familiar with the Flareside, it is the one that has the flared wheel arches on the outside of the bed. The shape of the inside of the bed is a perfect rectangle. There are no fender wells in the bed. If the bed on the 2002 is the same length as the 2000, you should be alright. Should you decide to get a new truck bed cover, I would suggest checking at TonneauCovers4Less.com. The attached related link is to the Ford Ranger section on that website. They offer tonneau covers from almost all of the major manufacturers.

A 2000 Ford Ranger bed liner will not fit in a 1994 due to size and design differences. Accessories like bed liners are often designed to be compatible with many different years and models.
