No.The engine has a number "2" or "3" SAE flywheel housing that has a 360 deg. bolt circle."2" has a 18-3/8in. bolt circle."3" has a16-7/8in. bolt circle.I have a aluminum "3" housing that has the proper transmission holes to mount a chev. 4-speed-3-speed std.937-879-3532.
