A 3.4L is a 90-degree engine and will not easily fit inside a Beretta engine bay without heavy modification. You're better off swapping in a 3400SFI engine. It is 60-degrees (just like the 2.8L) and will bolt directly to almost all GM 5-speeds that came with V6 engines. It is a much simpler swap for an easy 185 hp and 210 lb/ft stock.
