Direct bolt in NO. If you know what you are doing you can put it in anything, But the problem is that you would NEED the computer system and the intire transmission and engine wireing harness. You would also need the transmission for the 6.0L engine and the fuel pump and all the oxygen sensors plus the speed sensors.
