Probably not without a lot of modification. I'm thinking the bolt pattern of the bellhousing is different which means a custom (expensive) adapter and if that's the case the length is going to be different so you have to cut and rebalance the drive shaft. Although these are good transmissions it may not be tough enough to handle the higher torque of the V-8
