Yes, but most of the parts between the two axles are not interchangeable. You will have to acquire the full rear end in order for it to work. That includes the suspension and the axle.
the frame is different on a cb1100f vs a cb750c...unless you have a cb750f. However I still don't think it would bolt right on...some modifications may be needed...spacers?
