the 3800 N/A has the 4t60E transmission
the 3800 superchaged has the 4t65E transmission
technically the transmission will bolt up to the motor, but you will need the axle shafts as well for this to work properly. the 60 and 65 have different output splines. Also, the final drive on the 4t60E is taller(revs faster) than the 4t65E. In short putting a 4t60E in a GTP will not work. Also the PCM will not recognize a 4t60 in a GTP.

no, the gt has a 4t60e transmission and the gtp has a 4t65e-hd transmission which is built to handle more power than the t60. t65-hd is a better tranny
