Yes it will that is my current set up but pretty much pointless unless you plan to turbo no need to modify anything just bolt it on. Reason I say that is because b21a1 head has a larger diameter and b20a smaller therefore more room in the compression which in turn gives you a lower compression from 9:4:1 to about 9:0:1 and if you had a b20a5 it would lower to 8:5:1 But if you had a b21a1 with a b20a head your compression shoots up to 10 which would put your hp around 150

The knock sensor is on the back of the block. If you're looking from under the car it's above the oil filter. It is between the oil filter and the intake manifold.
