It will bolt up. You can not install a 8 valve head on a 16 valve lower end without changing the pistons. The injection is completely different and wireing as well as well the computer. I just completed the swap with ALOT of headaches. believe it or not LOL we used a router with a mill bit to cut down the pistons talk about okie but hey its running perfect now 2000 miles later. my advise is keep the 8 valve head with the car change the pistons and use ALL the brackets off the 8 valve engine.
I think its on the block above the starter.
a good engine to put in a car i think is a 350 small block with a twin turbo. another is a 440 big block v8 with twin headers
i think its at the back of the engine block. In Australia in on the drivers side
i dont think a stalker tracker would work sorry
I think it's under the exhaust manifold
I think that as long as you use the paint use for the engine block
I think you have to follow the lower radiator hose to the engine block.
It means don't buy that car! Look for a better one that actually runs. The block is the main component of the engine/motor. All the components that make up a working engine are built on the block. Think of it as the basement or foundation of a house.
Should be on the top of the block near the water pump. I think it is a two wire pair that screws into the block.
i do not think so, geo tracker was not made by Kia .
The tappets may need adjustment or replacement, due to wear.
If you are lucky, then the head gasket is blown. If you are not lucky, the engine block or cylinder head is cracked.
