it will fit under the hood. but having to find custom motor mounts, tranny, axles, control arms, computer, wiring harness, and cooling system... is usually more trouble than it's worth. I'm sure you can find a more compatible engine
edit: get a 3sgte engine--much cheaper, practically clean swap, the engine was made for high rpms then they threw a turbo on it so it performs very well all around.
