No, Raichu won't be Pikachu-colored if you evolve your Pikachu-colored Pichu into a Raichu, it'll look like a regular Shiny Raichu.

I have just gotten this Pichu today and heres the story: Keep it as pichu for the time being until you get the spiky eared one in hg or ss then take away the everstone and evolve and yes it will be a shiny Pikachu/ Raichu. Since hgss are not out yet you may want to try level up your shiny pichu in platinum (as i am)

using a thunderstone on pikachu is the only way to get raichu making a pichu happy and leveling it up evolves it to pikachu.
