Wiring harness is differant but other wise its all the same
Yes, the warrior motor should fit the raptor, there is no difference, but if you plan on selling the raptor make sure it is the newer motor with that stock gray look, not the older black motors.
Yes it will fit but you have to use motor mounts off the warrior
Yes It will but you have to use motor mounts off of the warrior
Well the raptor 350 is basically the same quad as the warrior 350 with different plastics but newer version. it has the same frame motor/trans. the warrior makes 21 hp so i think the raptor has 21 hp.
there isn't much different. i have a 98 Yamaha warrior and my friend has a 2005 Yamaha raptor. both 350cc. but mine is bored out. winceo piston rings, aftermarket exhaust.k and n air filter with open box. his is stock. on mine if you thrash the throttle it will do a wheelie, his just picks up a little. the motor sets forward a little more.the have the same motor and basic parts, frame is a little different
On a 1997 Yamaha Warrior with the original frame it is located on the frame bar underneath the motor, and a few inches in front of it. If it has a replacement frame, it may not have a vin, because on a replacement frame they are supposed to be cut out of the original frame and welded to the frame bar underneath the rear fender on the passenger side of the quad.
Yes it will i had a gytr 660r and put a raptor 700 motor on it
yamalube or 10w40
The Yamaha Raptor 250 has about a 17 horsepower motor. However, when you start modifying them they open up quite a bit.
valves are adjusted to tight
start the bike let it run for a few minutes kill the bike there is a dipstick in the oil tank that's attached to the frame in front of the motor
