No it won't fit your machine. The Z705 takes the Lexmark #55 black ink cartridge. Just because a cartridge looks and maybe is the same size as another does not mean it will work in another printer. Ink cartridges have a specific connectors and chips that will only work in certain printers. Also the type of ink and nozzle size are also designed specifically for certain printers.
I suggest looking around online and buy the Lexmark #55 black ink cartridge.
