Your vehicle is too old for the OBD 2 reader to work on it. Not sure what system would work as manufacturers used their own dedicated systems before OBD became the industry standard. Steve

One needs to contact Range Rover in order to get the EKA code.
Each car has a different code. You will have to bring your Rover's chassis no to a Rover or ex Rover dealership and they will supply the code for £20. That's what I was charged anyway!

depending on the last few digits on your VIN number... but the stereo code for mine 96047. got it from a dealer. he was reluctant at first to give it to me but finally did.
