You are riding around in a vehicle at 55 mph, with a rookie driver at the wheel. You are betting your health and life that this person is a excellent driver. Would you fly in an airplane with a rookie pilot who did not have his license to haul passengers? I bet your answer is no. You are just as much at risk with this rookie driver. Use the brain God gave you and do not ride with this person, who is an inexperienced rookie driver, and is intentionally breaking the law. You very will could loose your life or at the very least be injured severely in an accident. Rookie 16 year old drivers have a very high rate of accidents.
