The RAZR is capable of running on tmobiles network, as it does support the 2g and 3g bands that tmobile uses. HOWEVER, it will likely need to be configured properly to do so, as popping in your sim card might not take care of it right away. also, you will need the unlocked version of the device, not one that it locked to Verizon or another carrier
