It will with modifications to the front slip mount.
To modify the front slip mount: Slot your 650 rear metal bracket with a drill bit to fit the hole pattern on the 1100 seat. then you'll need a u bolt that is the correct width to fit the holes on the frame slip mount since the seat will not bolt down in the rear with it slipped into the stock front mount.
A little work and the bigger more comfy seat will fit and look good.

Pretty much identical only difference is the rear fender supports. The 650 has external fender struts to support the rear fender which are bolted on, the 1100 has a subframe which supports the fender which is welded in place.
