is it hard to change the water pump on a 1992 Oldsmobile achieva. Yes, it is very hard to replace a water pump on an Achieva. When the pump died on my 1996 Achieva, the engine needed to be unbolted and removed to get to it. As I recall, it cost about $500. I have a 95 Olds Achieva 3.1 and the water pump was very easy to change. Mine is on the front passenger side of the engine. Very easy to get to, just be careful not to break any bolts off. lol
Any windshield from a 1977-85 Impala or 1977-90 Caprice. A contemporary GM B-body (Buick LeSabre, Olds Delta 88, etc) should work also.
Check with a local auto parts outlet store like Autozone or Pep Boys. Some will do this for free or a small charge. You can buy the decoder, too.
There are a number of places where one can purchase windshields. Any local car specialist, general car stores, mail order companies, Amazon, and eBay.

They are the same for any other sixteen year old. Most states will allow sixteen year olds to request emancipation.
You have toreplace the whole thing.. It's called the multi-function switch, turn signals, cruise control (if you have it), headlight and dimmer switch all in one.. About $150.00 for the switch, plus labor. If you do it yourself, be careful of the drivers airbag.
No such car exists. It may be possible that an Olds 'Phantom' is simply a Cutlass (or other Olds model) that has been modified by a dealership and sold as a special trim package by that name. Dealerships sometimes do that...
