Not without major hassles. The 727 bolts to a transfer case and that is going to get in the way of any overdrive unit being bolted to the back of the 727. T That being said Gearvendors is the usual supplier of overdrive units for 727's.
No factory overdrive for that specific truck. How ever an E4OD from a later 460 will bolt to the M engine. Would need an aftermarket controller and fabricate mounts for the transmission.
any Buick, olds or Pontiac turbo 350, turbo 400 or any overdrive tranny should bolt up to your engine.

If the grand cherokee is a 93-98 yes... otherwise, no you cannot. 99+ Grand cherokee "rims" or wheels are a 5x5 (5x127 mm) bolt pattern while the cherokee has 5x4.5 you need not consider the size...15" 16" 17" will generally fit on a grand cherokee. It's the bolt pattern you need to pay attention to.
Most jeeps it a five bolt pattern.
For all Cherokees from 1984 to 2001 the bolt pattern is 5x4.5"
