The windshield washer reservoir is almost empty!
What I use on my engine coolant reservoir is a cheap plastic turkey baster from Wallmart ( it didn't take as long as I thought ) You should be able to empty the windshield washer fluid reservoir the same way
I think you mean lo wash. That is low washer fluid. The windshield washer fluid reservoir is near empty.
I'd push the washer button until it was empty and then refill it.
Spray reservoir is empty - blown fuse - clogged sprayheads - hose fallen off or broken away from connection - bad pump - bad switch.Check them in this order:With the car parked, hood up, engine off, and you're listening, have someone activate the windshield washer. Listen to see if you hear the whirring/humming of the pump.If you do, check the hoses and the sprayheads to see that they're hooked up correctly or are plugged with junk.If you don't hear the pump - check the fuse first - if the fuse is okay it's pretty likely that the pump has failed. Good luck.
It's illegal and will cause your check engine light to go on
Windshield washer fluid reservoir is empty.
If the check engine light is on a malfunction that is effecting the engine emission control system has been detected If the check gage light is on , either your engine coolant temperature is too high , your engine oil pressure is too low , or your gas gauge is at or near empty
Hi, I have a 1999 RX300, and I'm assuming that Lexus didn't make any significant changes to the engine compartment from 1999 to 2000. Once you have the hood open, look on the left front side of the compartment. My washer reservoir has a black pryoff cap with a symbol on it that looks like a windshield wiper. It also has some printing that says, "Washer Fluid Only". There isn't a separate reservoir for the rear window washer, so if you fill the reservoir, and you still aren't getting any washer fluid to the rear window, then you must have a different problem. If the reservoir is empty, it will hold about 1 gallon of washer fluid. Hope this helps. Sincerely, Bouleau
* Check gage Illuminates when the engine coolant temperature is high, the engine oilpressure is low or the fuel gauge is at or near empty.
When the washer fluid light comes on any vehicle it means the fluid is low or empty. You can refill the washer fluid in the plastic jug located under the hood.
Either : The engine coolant temperature is HIGH The engine oil pressure is LOW Or the fuel gauge is at or near EMPTY
