I have heard that saffron is known for its skin lightening property and anti oxidant property.....it is supposed to be very gud for skin.but in excess in the milk may cause it to become bitter and narcotic and may even suprress the nervous system........it is said that it can cure nervous disorders affected due to smokings.......but in excess it does the opposite
