If they are fertile, they should. It takes 26-28 days for them to hatch. Once it reaches 30 days, and they haven't hatched, it can be assumed they are duds.
about 28 days for Mallards
The eggs won't hatch and have probably boiled by now.
It is possible. If the duck was scared very badly that it staying on the nest would put it in too much danger.
Unfortunately, there has been a foolish and sad answer to this question from a troll. Anyway, the answer is that they will hatch in 2 to 4 weeks depending on temperature and species.
Depends if the egg has been fertilized by the cock, and the temperature of the enviroment.
Who wood drink a beer that's been siting around for two weeks?
Throw out the eggs they are rotten, your duck should not starve to death anyway.
Give them a little bit more time. If they don't hatch in 3 weeks they never will. Then remove the nest and eggs.
i would say about two to three weeks well not sure im just 12 lol
Baby praying mantises hatch from their eggs in the spring.
Most ducks incubate and hatch their eggs in about 28 days. If your duck has been sitting on her eggs for 5 or more weeks, the eggs are likely infertile. If this is the case, you should remove the infertile eggs so the mother duck can get back to feeding and exercizing.
yep shes a sitter she thinks they will hatch ( but they wont) usually if you try to take them she will peck. to get them you can try taking am egg from your freezer and showing it to her she will think its hers and be mad and try to get it whe she moves grab the eggs and go
this isn't exactly an answer but i have about 12-15 eggs in a barrow of my lizard. its been about 2 weeks. but i read something on-line that said it takes about 6 weeks for the eggs to hatch... the eggs become enlarged and need constant tending from the mother for warmth. if u have them in an aquarium u might want to buy a higher voltage light for extra humidity.
