increase in atmospheric CO2 and increase in surface temperature

It depends on how much petrol we make in the next 20 years i suppose. You never know when it will run out but i suggest keeping update with the news in the 20 years to find out.
Hi There is plenty of information on the web and in the media. Since the population of the world is set to rise by billions over the next forty years, is it not time to find a more renewable way to produce power. Which ever way you look at the burning of fossil fuels, they are a limited resource. If burning fossil fuels are as far as we can see into the future, how far can we go.
That seems very likely. We MAY run out of fossil fuels around that time, but it is likely that the Sun will continue shining... for the next 5 billion years or so.
Yes coal, oil and natural gas are non-renewable fossil fuels because it takes a long time to make them, millions of years.Yes, fossil fuels are nonrenewable because it takes million of years of fossil fuel to form.
