If you are at the ER as a result of other criminal activity, then the same will occur.
If you have been treated for any other simple (or serious) injury or illness, medical professionals are prohibited fro discussing anything related to that with anyone but you and those you authorize them to discuss it by HIPPA (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).
